Covered Outdoor Living
Covered patios and pergolas that extend the usable season, built to tie cleanly into the house and hold up to Pacific Northwest weather.

Tualatin is a short drive from our Beaverton headquarters, and we work there year-round. With the Tualatin River running through town and plenty of low-lying, slow-draining ground, the yards here reward a contractor who plans for water before anything gets built.

The Tualatin Standard
We build patios, drainage systems, irrigation and full outdoor living spaces for Tualatin homeowners, from the neighborhoods around Tualatin Commons and Ibach to homes near the river and up toward the Tigard and West Linn borders. A lot of Tualatin ground is flat and slow to drain, which means water has to be planned for, not hoped away.
That's why every project starts underground. We set the grade, plan where the runoff goes and build a mechanically compacted base before the finish work goes in. It isn't the part anyone sees, but it's the part that keeps a patio level and a lawn from turning to mud every February.

5reasons
Most companies talk about design first. We talk about compaction first, because that's the part that decides whether a patio holds up for twenty years or sinks in two.
Flat lots don't shed water on their own. We build in grade and drainage so runoff moves away from the house and patio instead of sitting there.
Wet winters, dry summers. We install and tune irrigation zones so plants get what they need in August without overwatering the rest of the year.
We're licensed for backflow testing and hold our own permits in Oregon (LCB #9957) and Washington (GCC #OLGUICL807RZ).
The team that designs your project is the team that builds it, from the base and drainage to the irrigation and lighting. Not a sub we handed it off to.

New irrigation systems and drip zones designed around how each part of the yard actually drains and how much sun it gets.
Design · Construct · Maintain
In Tualatin, most of our work is drainage and grading, paver patios, irrigation systems, and covered outdoor living spaces. Design, construct, maintain: that's the whole relationship, not just the install.

Yes. We're licensed for backflow testing in-house and hold our own permits in both Oregon and Washington, so nothing gets subbed out or delayed waiting on someone else's schedule.
Flat yards need a little help to drain. Depending on the soil, that can mean adjusting the grade, adding drain lines or building a dry creek bed to carry water away. We look at how your yard behaves after rain before recommending a fix.
Sometimes. Drainage that ties into storm lines falls under Clean Water Services rules, and taller retaining walls generally need a City of Tualatin permit. Work near the river or a wetland can carry extra requirements. We pull our own permits and check what your property needs during the estimate.
It depends on scope. A patio is a different timeline than a full retaining wall and drainage overhaul. We'll walk you through a realistic timeline during your design consultation.
Yes, we offer a 3D design consultation so you can see the layout before construction starts.
If your project touches drainage or storm lines, Clean Water Services is a good starting reference for Washington County, and we're a good next call.
