Our Story

Built by hand. Run by family.

Olguin C Landscaping started the way most lasting companies do: with one person doing the work right, long enough that people noticed. Founder Cristino Olguin has spent more than 25 years designing, building, and maintaining outdoor spaces across NW Oregon and SW Washington, and the company still runs on the habits that built it: show up when you said you would, scope it honestly, and don't call it finished until you'd be proud to put your name on it.

Today we're a full design-build-maintain company based in Beaverton, handling everything from hardscape and pergolas to irrigation, drainage, and year-round property care, for homeowners and commercial properties alike. The crew you meet at the estimate is the crew that builds the job. That isn't a slogan; it's just how a family business works.

The Crew

The same faces, every visit

What we don't compromise on.

  • §01

    Honest Scoping

The estimate covers the real job, base prep, drainage, materials, and all. No surprise change orders for work we should have seen coming.

  • §02

    One Crew, Start to Finish

The people who walk your property at the estimate are the people who build and maintain it. Nothing gets lost in a handoff.

  • §03

    Built for This Climate

Pacific Northwest rain, moss, clay soil, and freeze-thaw cycles shape every decision we make, from plant selection to base depth.

  • §04

    Done Means Done

We walk every project with you before we call it complete, and our installations carry a workmanship warranty.
