SW Washington Landscaping &
Hardscaping Contractor

We're licensed in Washington as well as Oregon, so homeowners in Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Ridgefield and Battle Ground get the same crew and the same standards as our Oregon clients. Patios, retaining walls, drainage and outdoor living, built from the ground up.

The Washington Standard

Same crew, same standards, across the river.

We build patios, retaining walls, drainage systems and full outdoor living spaces for homeowners across Clark County, from Vancouver neighborhoods like Felida, Salmon Creek and Fisher's Landing to Camas, Washougal, Ridgefield and Battle Ground. We hold our own Washington contractor license, so there's no handoff to a different company once you cross the I-5 or I-205 bridge.

The approach doesn't change with the state line. Every project starts with what's underground: a mechanically compacted base, walls with real footings and drainage, and a plan for where the water goes. That's what keeps a patio level and a wall standing long after the install.

What sets our Washington work apart

  • §01

    Licensed in Washington

We hold our own Washington contractor registration (GCC #OLGUICL807RZ), so your Clark County project is built by us, not handed to a sub.

  • §02

    Compaction First, Design Second

Most companies talk about design first. We talk about compaction first, because that's the part that decides whether a patio holds up for twenty years or sinks in two.

  • §03

    Drainage Planned for Your Elevation

Drainage is planned for your yard's actual elevation, not a guess. That's the difference between a dry patio and a wet one, on either side of the river.

  • §04

    In-House Backflow Testing

We're licensed for backflow testing in-house, so irrigation work isn't held up waiting on another company's schedule.

  • §05

    One Crew, Start to Finish

The team that designs your project is the team that builds it, from the base and drainage to the irrigation and lighting. Not a sub we handed it off to.

SW Washington FAQ

Questions Washington homeowners ask us first.

Yes. We're a registered Washington contractor (GCC #OLGUICL807RZ) as well as licensed in Oregon (LCB #9957), so we can pull our own permits on both sides of the river.

We serve Vancouver and the surrounding Clark County area, including Camas, Washougal, Ridgefield and Battle Ground. If you're a bit further out, contact us and we'll let you know if we can help.

Sometimes. Taller retaining walls, and walls holding back a slope, a driveway or a structure, generally need a permit from your city or Clark County, depending on where you live. We pull our own permits and check what your property needs during the estimate.

It depends on scope. A patio is a different timeline than a full retaining wall and drainage overhaul. We'll walk you through a realistic timeline during your design consultation.

Yes, we offer a 3D design consultation so you can see the layout before construction starts.

If your project needs a permit, your city or Clark County is a good starting reference for local rules, and we're a good next call.
